Cultural Tourism & Creative Industry Development

Building Cultural Capital Through Arts, Tourism, and Creative Industries

CADA believes that arts and culture are among the most powerful engines for economic development, destination branding, international cooperation, and community transformation.

For more than three decades, CADA has developed innovative cultural initiatives that connect museums, governments, universities, artists, collectors, tourism authorities, and private-sector partners across Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States.

Today, CADA is expanding its work beyond exhibitions to help governments, tourism organizations, and development institutions position culture as a strategic asset for sustainable economic growth.

Our Areas of Expertise

Cultural Tourism Strategy

Designing destination-driven cultural experiences that attract international visitors while strengthening local creative economies.

Creative Industry Development

Advising governments and cultural institutions on strategies that leverage the visual arts, fashion, music, film, literature, design, and heritage industries as engines for economic development.

International Cultural Partnerships

Developing collaborations between museums, universities, tourism boards, foundations, corporations, and government agencies that strengthen international cultural exchange.

Global Cultural Diplomacy

Creating initiatives that promote intercultural dialogue, strengthen international relationships, and celebrate the shared heritage of the African Diaspora.

Nigeria

CADA has developed significant relationships within Nigeria’s contemporary art ecosystem and is actively engaged with leading artists, curators, scholars, and cultural leaders.

Current initiatives include collaborations with internationally recognized artist Oliver Enwonwu, acclaimed painter Olumide Oresegun, and London-based cultural strategist and artist Damilare Yusuff.

CADA is also developing partnerships that support Nigerian participation in Miami Art Week and Art Basel while creating opportunities for museum collaborations, cultural tourism, and international market development.

Our engagement with CANEX, the creative industries platform of Afreximbank, reflects CADA’s commitment to strengthening Africa’s creative economy through strategic international partnerships.

Ghana

CADA continues to explore opportunities with cultural institutions, government agencies, artists, and tourism stakeholders in Ghana to develop international exhibitions, educational exchanges, cultural tourism initiatives, and creative industry partnerships.

Caribbean Leadership

CADA has successfully collaborated with artists, cultural institutions, and governments throughout the Caribbean.

One notable example is our long-term work in Saint Lucia, where CADA played an important advisory role in the international development of artist Jallim Eudovic, whose career culminated in receiving the prestigious ANSA Award for Art in 2025.

Why Governments Work With CADA

CADA understands that culture is not simply an artistic endeavor—it is an economic asset.

Our work demonstrates how museums, festivals, exhibitions, conferences, educational initiatives, and international partnerships can strengthen tourism, create employment, encourage investment, and enhance national identity.

We help governments position culture as a driver of sustainable economic development.
